Andrew Winch Designs are very proud to have been invited to speak, at the fourth annual Superyacht Design Symposium on the 24th and 25th October 2011 in Palm Beach, Florida.

The internationally acclaimed event draws the biggest names from the industry and offers the perfect environment to discuss the key subjects affecting superyacht build and design today.

Andrew Winch is set to cover two hot topics at this year's conference...

Andrew's first presentation will cover how the use of glass onboard a superyacht can act as both a structural and decorative material. With over 25 years experience and having delivered a total of 53 superyachts, Andrew is able to offer a unique perspective on this design matter.

The second presentation, is an exciting collaboration with Tim Heywood offering a unique insight into creating a yacht project of over 400 feet!

At this year's Monaco Yacht Show, Proteksan Turquoise Shipyard will reveal for the first time the model of the new 74m Andrew Winch Designed motor yacht!

Working together, Stuart Larsen of Fraser Yachts, Tim Wiltshire of Burgess and Mehmet Karabeyoglu of Proteksan Turquoise, jointly commissioned Andrew Winch Designs to develop a new flexible 74m motor yacht design.

The new 74m utilises a tested hull platform giving large internal volume which is being offered in two configurations; one a traditional style and the other a more modern approach with sweeping curves.

The Brokers and the Yard have had the confidence in the design to start the build of this project, and are able to offer a fast delivery time. In addition we are able to customise the interior concept to realise the Client's dreams.
